| Straight Up (a cover band) is comprised of 5 talented musicians. Each member has a long history of performing in both live and studio settings. The band has played an active role in the Midwest music scene since 2003. Founded by lead singer Tanya Witt; the band's goal is to perform a top-notch show that appeals to all ages. Their set list is an excellent mix of country, pop, rock, and classics from the 50's through today. They take the best music from each era and combine it into one show. Straight Up is truly "variety". Their music, showmanship, and enthusiasm are guaranteed to get the crowd on their feet. Tanya and her band have played an impressive list of venues including: the Lambeau Field Atrium, WNCY and WNFL live radio broadcasts, the NBC-26 and Fox-11 morning shows, Chicago's Dancing in the Street Series, the Meyer Theater, the Resch Center, Fox Hills Resort, Stone Harbor Resort, Toyota Park in Chicago, the Target Center in Minneapolis, various fireman's picnics, casinos, weddings, Christmas parties, and many other fine establishments! |
